Quo Vadis, the first movie of Bud Spencer - or with his real name Carlo Pedersoli - was introduced to society 70 years ago. The Italian actor has an enormous Hungarian fanbase to this day. In Budapest not only was there a statue erected in his honor, but for almost a year as a courtesy of TakerOne he had a memorial on a graffiti wall in the III. district, that many people visited. As a water polo player, his last game was played against the Hungarian National team in 1967 in Budapest.
The tutor of (Saint) Imre, San Geraldo became a martir 975 years ago. In the place of his martyrdom they named the Mount Gellért in his honor. His embalmed body is currently under the altar of a church in Murano. On september 24, his memorial day cultural events take place in his honor.
